Another point of attraction worth seeing are the Dubai Fountains!

The Dubai Fountain is a choreographed fountain system located on the 12-hectare Burj Khalifa Lake, located at the heart of the Downtown Dubai development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was designed by WET Design, a California company also responsible for the fountains at the Bellagio Hotel Lake in Las Vegas.

The Burj Khalifa Fountain is the world's most extensive choreographed fountain system ever made by man. A captivating show of water, music and light in downtown Dubai, The Dubai Fountain is the tallest fountain in the world. At over 900 meters long – the equivalent of more than two football pitches – it has a unique design comprising five different sized circles and two arcs and has powerful water nozzles that push water to impressive heights. More than 6,600 WET Superlights and 50 color projectors create an extraordinary visual spectacle.

The fountains come to life every 30 minutes from 6pm daily. The colorful and illuminated jets "dance" to a wide range of songs, from classical, Arabic and modern international music, which will leave you spellbound. Visiting the fountain show is free.

A brand new floating platform located in the Dubai Fountain, The Boardwalk lets you get closer than ever, giving you a whole new perspective of the captivating shows. Guests can start their journey from the Burj Park or the Fountain Promenade and walk the 272 meter promenade, the closest point being just 9 meters away from the fountains!
