The wait is over!

The grand reopening of the new Global Village season is today, Tuesday, October 25th! Dubai's family-friendly attraction has announced the addition of over 100 new restaurants, cafes, kiosks and street food options. So what's new? First up are four new upscale restaurants, all two-story locations around Dragon Lake. These include Lebanese concept Naseem Beiru and Khaojee from award-winning chef Rohit Ghai. Global Village is the place where you meet cultures from over 80 countries around the world. Here you will find traditional products of each country, from souvenirs, clothes, perfumes or spices, to traditional food and shows specific to each culture, in their pavilion. There is also a big stage where different dance and music shows are held, and if you are lucky, you can also see local stars invited to these shows.

 Global Village claims to be the largest tourism, leisure, shopping and entertainment project in the world. The village is only open from November to April each year, and the hours are from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, and until 1:00 a.m. on weekends. Entry ticket costs AED 25. To visit the Global village, I recommend comfortable shoes, because once you get there you will want to visit each individual pavilion, you will certainly be fascinated by the multitude of products, shows and the cuisine of each individual area! Starting today and until April 29, 2023, the gates are open!
